By using the Kisanians app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Kisanians provides market rate information, a store for ordering farm inputs from partner shops, a buy-and-sell marketplace, weather, information on government schemes and crop advice. Some features are available only in certain areas.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Please keep your phone secure and give correct details. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Orders

Products in the store are sold by independent partner shops. Prices and stock are set by the shop. Payment is made on delivery unless stated otherwise. A delivery is completed only when you share your delivery code. We aim to deliver within 8 hours, but delays can happen because of weather, roads or stock.

Market rates and advice

Market rates are shown as published by APMC markets, with their dates. Crop doctor answers and other information are guidance, not a guarantee. Please confirm prices with your market and consult an agriculture officer for serious crop problems. We are not responsible for decisions made only on this information.

Buy and sell ads

You are responsible for what you post. Ads must be true, legal and about your own goods or services. We may remove ads that break these rules. Deals between buyers and sellers are between them; Kisanians is not a party to them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, post harmful or misleading content, try to break its security, or use automated tools to collect data.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Kisanians is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
